Join us for a discussion by U.S. Air Force Reserve Col. Stephen Hernandez, Ph.D., Associate Professor and Ph.D. Program Director, University of New Mexico, College of Nursing, to commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month. Hernandez will describe his research, which examined the effectiveness of Stress Management and Resilience Training (SMART) in increasing Air Force healthcare personnel's resilience. This study was possible through grant funding provided by the TriService Nursing Research Program.
