Join Melissa S. Walker, Healing Arts Program Coordinator of the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) and Lead Art Therapist for Creative Forces: NEA Military Healing Arts Network, as she describes the art therapy treatments delivered at the NICoE and the latest published outcomes on art therapy research studies. These outcomes include thematic patterns found in an analysis of hundreds of the service members' visual representations of their experiences, as well as correlations between the identified themes and standardized clinical measures.
